Winnow Chocolates uses only the world’s finest ingredients with organic, fair-trade couverture chocolate providing the perfect base for locally-sourced fruits, nuts and spices. Our flavours are inspired by travel throughout Africa, Europe and Asia, all of which combine to create a unique sensory experience.
Sustainability is an important aspect of the production at Winnow and we try to support local growers and producers where possible. The traditional French technique of hand-tempering on marble is celebrated at Winnow and ensures that each chocolate is made with love and waste is kept to a minimum.
